The Shaolin Drunken Monk, directed by Lau Ka-Liang, stars Gordon Liu as the son of a martial arts teacher who is murdered by his students. The son escapes and comes under the tutelage of a hermit who instructs him in the ways of Drunken Kung Fu. The son then sets out to avenge his father’s death.
